To enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee, guests can visit the nearby Pause Cafe.

Everything was really perfect, the room was a nice size with outdoor balcony and a shower, as for instance. The breakfast was savoury and local with the best expresso coffee and a massive assortment, as for instance, and the pool bar was a plus.

Would use them next time, the hotel was tidy, and location in a lovely area of Bali was nice and perfect. The service was hospitable, no complains at all. We could use concierge service, wake up calls and ironing at no cost too. We stayed here for 4 nights, it was ideal for our purposes.

Love this hotel! We have stayed here 4 times now (in 12 months) and enjoy it more every-time. Love the huge lagoon pool and the rooms are modern and spacious. The vegetation has grown significantly since we first stayed there which really enhances the ambiance of the pool area. The live entertainment (from Wed to Sat) is also wonderful. And despite the fact that the hotel was close to full there is never a problem get a sunchair by the pool. And of course the staff are all magnificent. Nothing is ever too much trouble.They seem to always have a smile on their faces and are quick to say hello - including the gardeners! While not on the beach it is only a 5 -10 minute walk from the hotelto the beach. And there are lots of nice restaurants and shops on the street running alongside the hotel. Can't wait to go back there later this year!

Can hear a bit of noise from the passageways at times. Not sure what can be done about that other than guests being considerate of the amount of noise they are making as they are walking through - especially early in the mornings. Would be nice if they had live music every night. (Doesn't happen Sun-Tues) It really adds to the relaxed atmosphere in the evenings and we missed it the nights they didn't have it. This is just an aesthetics comment but we think the pool area would look even better if the umbrella's were a different colour. They are a muddy brown but a nice bright sea blue would look so much better - I think!

A resort with modern design architecture surrounded with green environment concept. Each room has big and comfortable bed with fresh-looked interior, and also big and luxurious bathroom.

Quite lot of mosquitoes at night.

This place offers spacious rooms with beautiful decorations, friendly staff at the front desk, and lovely garden views from every angle.

The wifi kept going off. Very quiet hotel if you are looking for a livley place this probably isnt the place to go. No seperate pool for the kids so if you are trying to relax by the pool and there is kids there it can be a little noisy. Limited choice for cocktails at the bar.

The design. The staff. Overall wonderful stay.

The gym needs more machines. No free wifi in the rooms, but here is a hint: just go to the front desk and ask for the free marriot membership and that gives you complimentary internet.

The deluxe king room was well-kept and beautifully maintained with lovely garden views.

This place is a peaceful and clean hotel with nice amenities and a great location near a big museum.

There is no hot water supply in shower. The breakfast sucks.

The Hotel is perfectly located in Nusa dua complex. Not very far from the beach, yet very close to a series of restaurants and supermarkets and ATM facilities just around the corner. The hotel setting is simply magnificent. It's design relaxing, modern and very convenient. The only downturn is it's not a beach front hotel. However, shuttles are available from 6 am until 8 pm. They're never late and always available. I will definitely chose Courtyard again on my next visit to Bali.

Located near enough to town / airport but away from the busy and noisy tourism area. Clean, friendly with a large pool.A good place to relax
